Weekend Cooking – Cookbooks I’d Love To Read Soon

Weekend Cooking is a weekly blog meme hosted by Beth Fish Reads.

I am always looking for new cookbooks to read and new recipes to try. So today I wanted to write a quick post about some cookbooks that I would love to get a hold of someday soon.

1. Thug Kitchen – The Official Cookbook.

I’ve heard a lot about this book and have been interested in it for awhile. It seems like it would have all sorts of unique and unusual recipes.

2. My Paris Kitchen – By David Lebovitz.

I haven’t used many french recipes before, which made this book seem like it could be a good place to start.

3. Genius Recipes – By Kristen Miglore.

This book was on one of the Goodreads Choice awards list, and looked interesting.

4. Vegan Richa’s Indian Kitchen – By Richa Hingle.

I love Indian food so much, and I’d really like to learn how to cook it better. I wish someday that I could go to India and learn some cooking, but for now this book will have to do. 🙂

5. Oh She Glows Every Day – By Angela Liddon.

I’ve heard a lot of great things about Oh She Glows, and have even used a few of her recipes here and there. This book was also on a Goodreads Choice awards list and that’s how I found it.

What are your favorite cookbooks? Have you read any of the books on my list? Let me know in the comments!
