To start I put brown sugar down on the pan that I would be cooking the cake in, and then started to mix the ingredients.
I was able to use peaches that I canned last year in this cake, which was really cool. It was my last jar. I hope to can twice as much this year!
Here is the cake just going into the oven and the final result. It was so moist and delicious, I brought it over to several friend’s house over the course of the night and it was a big hit at each! I will be making it again for sure. And yes, I did put it in a pie pan, but that’s because I don’t have a round cake pan right now! 😀
