Current Read: Joan of Arc by Mark Twain
I read this book once in high school, which is why I decided to pick it up again. I always love rereading a book after so long and seeing if I still like it or not. From what I can remember of this book, I actually didn’t enjoy it very much. But I was like 15 at the time so we’ll see what I think now.
Finished Read: The Manic Pixie Dream Boy Improvement Project by Lenore Appelhans
This was…an interesting read. To start I both loved and hated the writing style which meant I had to keep reading, from there the character started to become more interesting and I liked the overall idea and world. But the end?? It was so freaking boring. I rarely DNF books when I’m 60% in but the ending was so boring!
Reading Next: On The Come Up by Angie Thomas
I’ve finally got a copy!!! I’m super excited to dive into this book later in the week. I’m sure it will live up to all the hype.
