Weekend Cooking is a weekend blog meme hosted by Beth Fish Reads. Joining this blog meme over the past year has been a lot of fun and has inspired me in many different ways. It’s made me try new recipes and read new books. So for my last post for 2019 I wanted to share some cookbooks my family and I got over the holidays. It’s exciting to look into the new year and all the cooking that will be done!
The Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook

I got this cookbook from my sister-in-law, and I’m already planning to make at least two dinners from it. Harry Potter has a special place in my heart and I think it will be fun to eventually show it to my kids and cook with them.
Bread Illustrated

My lovely girlfriend received this cookbook and the two of us are super excited to start baking bread regularly. The pictures are so helpful and I think I might finally be happy with the results of my baking. 😀
Tequila Mockingbird: Cocktails With A Literary Twist

And last, but not least. My partner Grant received this cookbook last night from a friend and the three of us are stoked to try out some cocktails over the last of our winter break. Who doesn’t love a good literary book?
Don’t forget to share your Weekend Cooking post with me!
Great list! Looking forward to seeing what you cook, bake, and drink out them.
Thanks! 🙂
Tequila Mockingbirds got my mouth watering.
