Top Ten Tuesday – Book Titles That Intrigue Me

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly blog series hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. Today we’re talking about book titles! For this post I decided to look through my TBR on Goodreads and find some cool titles. My TBR is full of books I’ve added for their covers, or for their synopsis, but I do also tend to add books because of titles. A good title will always draw me in. So here are few of the most recent that I’ve added.

1. The School For Good Mothers – By Jessamine Chan

A story about motherhood, a title that instantly captures interest and a pretty great cover too. What’s not to love?

2. Nightbitch – By Rachel Yoder

Again a triple interest! The cover drew me in first, the title second and by the synopsis I was hooked and knew I had to read it.

3. Magic Ramen – By Andrea Wang

I love ramen! So a book about magic ramen? Yes please. I can’t wait to get my hands on this.

4. Dawn of the Deed – By John A. Long

I think you all have heard me talk about this before, but what’s not to love about this book? A history of sex with a hilarious cover and title. 😀

5. Why Fish Don’t Exist – By Lulu Miller

This cover is okay, but the title? Amazing. I need to read more about it even though I don’t really care about fish. 😀

What are some titles you’ve loved recently? Don’t forget to share your Top Ten Tuesday post with me!

  1. I love the title ‘Why Fish Don’t Exist!’ I don’t read a lot of non-fiction (except memoirs) but I added it to my to-read list because of the title.
