WWW Wednesday is a weekly blog event hosted by Taking on a World of Words.

The Three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Current Read: I wasn’t expecting Dear Ijeawele to be such a small book, but I am really looking forward to reading it. I just started it this morning. Song of Blood & Stone I started a couple days ago, but because it’s a book on my kindle it’s taking me a little longer to finish it. It’s also a NetGalley read so I’m hoping to finish it soon.

Finished Read: I just finished this book last night, well I quit reading it anyway. I was having a hard time with the writing style, it was weird. Maybe I’ll try to see how the first book is, but probably won’t try it for awhile.

Reading Next: I’ve been meaning to read this book for ages! And finally I’m getting around to it, I hope it will be good! I’ve heard lots of fun things about it.

  1. I really hope you enjoy Geekerella too! I thoroughly adored this book and can’t wait to hear about your thoughts on it! Currently reading a book called The Palm Reader by Christopher Bowron. I hope you have a great rest to your week 🙂

  2. I felt the same re: ‘We Should All Be Feminist.’ I was def disappointed it was such a tiny book, but still glad I read it.

Also yeah I’m kind of ‘ummm’ when celebs write YA (aka Chris Colfer and Cara Delivingne).

The best thing about Geekerella IMO was the cover, which was gorgeous… Will not try and sour you against it, though! Hope you enjoy it 😀

    • Yeah it was a great book!

Same, like most of the time the books are just not that great. Unfortunately. 😛

Yeah…I agree. I actually just gave up reading it 51% of the way through, just a couple minutes ago. I’m sad. 😦
